个人简介

朱思明,男,197612月出生,博士(后),买球赛的网站大全阳江校区食品学院行政第一负责人,华南理工大学教授,博士生导师,华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院院长助理,从事农产品绿色加工、功能性高倍甜味剂、功能性碳水化合物等领域的研究,具体专注于农产品、水产品如虾壳等副产物的高附加值利用, 果蔬绿色干燥、调味料如功能性高倍甜味剂的绿色加工,茶用植物的饮茶和沏茶方法,水产品中毒素的食品安全检测新技术等方向的研究。

先后发表论文100余篇,其中三大索引收录论文50来篇, 论文被引用1300余次,单篇最高被他引54次,WOSH指数12;申请专利20余项,其中授权发明专利10项,授权实用新型专利1项,其中专利转让3项;获著作权登记1项,参编专著2部;主持国基、科技部项目、中国博士后基金等项目30余项;主持或作为主要完成人完成项目验收和成果鉴定8项,其中功能性高倍甜味剂、环保型树脂再生新技术、天然有色糖等技术实现成果转化; 2010年被评为兵团优秀科技特派员,2012年成果高值化糖品绿色加工关键技术及应用获得广东省科技奖一等奖1项(排名五),2014年作为第二发明人的专利天然有色糖品的生产方法获得国家发明专利优秀奖1项,2016年被评为新疆优秀援疆干部人才(获立功勋章),20179-20188月获聘喀什大学天山学者讲座教授。

迄今培养研究生33名(含在读),其中博士研究生4名,主讲研究生课程《科技论文电脑写作技巧》、《碳水化合物化学与工程》,以及本科生课程《食品物性学》、《食品工厂设计》、《食品分析》、《食品生物技术》、《食品安全导论》等。
