个人简介
朱思明,男,1976年12月出生,博士(后),买球赛的网站大全阳江校区食品学院行政第一负责人,华南理工大学教授,博士生导师,华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院院长助理,从事农产品绿色加工、功能性高倍甜味剂、功能性碳水化合物等领域的研究,具体专注于农产品、水产品如虾壳等副产物的高附加值利用, 果蔬绿色干燥、调味料如功能性高倍甜味剂的绿色加工,茶用植物的饮茶和沏茶方法,水产品中毒素的食品安全检测新技术等方向的研究。
先后发表论文100余篇,其中三大索引收录论文50来篇, 论文被引用1300余次,单篇最高被他引54次,WOS网H指数12;申请专利20余项,其中授权发明专利10项,授权实用新型专利1项,其中专利转让3项;获著作权登记1项,参编专著2部;主持国基、科技部项目、中国博士后基金等项目30余项;主持或作为主要完成人完成项目验收和成果鉴定8项,其中功能性高倍甜味剂、环保型树脂再生新技术、天然有色糖等技术实现成果转化; 2010年被评为兵团优秀科技特派员,2012年成果“高值化糖品绿色加工关键技术及应用”获得广东省科技奖一等奖1项(排名五),2014年作为第二发明人的专利“天然有色糖品的生产方法”获得国家发明专利优秀奖1项,2016年被评为新疆优秀援疆干部人才(获立功勋章),2017年9月-2018年8月获聘喀什大学“天山学者”讲座教授。
迄今培养研究生33名(含在读),其中博士研究生4名,主讲研究生课程《科技论文电脑写作技巧》、《碳水化合物化学与工程》,以及本科生课程《食品物性学》、《食品工厂设计》、《食品分析》、《食品生物技术》、《食品安全导论》等。
