个人简介
1979年生,博士后、高级工程师,现任买球赛的网站大全食品科学与工程学院教师、华南协同创新研究院生物活性分子开发与应用创新中心副主任,曾任无限极(中国)有限公司研发高级主任、仙乐健康科技股份有限公司研发高级经理。先后主持博士后科学基金(面上项目和特别资助)、中央高校基本科研业务经费项目、省科技专项和企业横向课题等十余项。主讲课程为食品化学、创新创业、食品工厂设计。在企业逾20年营养补充剂及天然产物保健食品/功能食品研发经验,擅长天然活性成分挖掘与产业化开发,已开发上市营养保健/功能食品逾六十余款,年销售额过百亿元,代表性产品有无限极增健口服液、无限极源适餐粉/源乐餐粉、无限极元泰片、惠氏千林柠檬酸钙片以及维乐维营养软糖系列、燃小乙体重管理产品、UKDNA银耳胶原蛋白肽、绣球菌浓缩冻干片等,申请专利20余项(授权中国专利18项,美国专利1项),主导开发获批功能性中草药保健食品批文10项,参编并主持开发两项功能食品因子多糖检测方法入编《保健食品功效成分检测方法》书籍,发表国内外学术期刊论文70余篇。

1、食用菌来源(香菇、茯苓、银耳、绣球菌等)天然多糖的结构、功能和机理研究;
2、药食同源资源的产业化开发、深加工技术研究;
3、卖点特色鲜明的保健食品、功能食品、营养补充剂等食品开发、产品功效及机理研究;
4、多糖原料、功能/保健食品中多糖检测方法研究;
